Can someone help me.After install,when I try to open oscMall I recieve this message:
FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it! What should I do? |

You need to have globals enabled on the server to operate the mall system. This is generally set up through the hosting service supplier.

1st step: Add to or create a .htaccess file 2nd step: Within the .htaccess file add this line: php_value register_globals 1 3rd step: Upload .htaccess file to the root directory of your mall - Mary Marcum http://www.surfsupnet.com http://www.worldofproducts.tk Also try this, search for any php.ini files then in each file try to find globa variables = Off, change the Off to On and save the files and restart your Apache, it worked with me, am using XAMPP Good Luck |

What should I do? hEY, thats very easy, go to the php.ini file and do a search for REGISTER_GLOBALS, and equal it to REGISTER_GLOBALS= ON. tHAT should work. Restar the server in case the changes has not taken effect. |

There is a known problem when the server register_globals is on and Emulate Register Globals is turned off in admin.
